Care & Maintenance Wipe the fan enclosure, control panel, and cord with a damp cloth or sponge. Wipe clean, then dry with a clean cloth or paper towel, reinstall and refill the water tank with cool tap water. Once a week, remove scale caused by hard water deposits by cleaning tank and tray in a dishwasher or washing by hand. Inspect the filter each week.
